After careful consideration of feedback on previous proposals for the site and in consultation with Southwark Council, we have prepared a new design brief for the site.

This design brief represents a starting point in terms of selecting the right team for the project and identifying initial principles for us to work from in terms of design approach, affordable housing etc.

Our approach will continue to evolve in response to feedback from the Council and the local community – we will be releasing new information and providing opportunities to discuss this on a regular basis throughout our engagement process.
