Our design team has been developing proposals for the redevelopment of the Aylesham Centre and Morrisons store, Peckham. Your feedback to date has been invaluable. We’re eager to share these exciting changes with you and show you how your feedback has informed our designs, as we prepare to submit our planning application this summer.
Please join us at one of our upcoming public exhibition events at the Aylesham Centre, London SE15 5EW to explore the designs, engage with our design team and share your feedback:

  • Thursday 16th May, 4pm – 8pm

Our vision for
The Aylesham.

Our new design team will be bringing forward fresh proposals for the redevelopment of the site to deliver new homes, retail/commercial space, a replacement Morrisons and new public spaces and connections.

Introducing our new Rye Lane architects: Feix & Merlin and Dowen Farmer

We are delighted that local architects Feix & Merlin and Dowen Farmer have joined our design team.
They will be working alongside Jas Bhalla Architects to develop an exciting new vision for the future of this part of Rye Lane that draws on their deep understanding of the local area and feedback from the community.
