The Berkeley team were delighted to support Peckham Soup Kitchen’s Back to School Drive event on Saturday 26th August, helping to provide children in Peckham with school uniforms and stationery before the start of the new school year.

We want your snapshots on the characters of Peckham town centre.
We want you to show us what makes Peckham unique for you. Send us your photos capturing the life of the town centre, its business community and its people – however you want to do this. Your photos will inform a character study of the local area, which will help our design team’s work on proposals for the future of the Aylesham Centre.

We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who’s taken part in our consultation on the future of the Aylesham Centre. Over the winter, we shared our emerging proposals with you through a range of in-person and online events to find out your views on our proposed masterplan.
Design Brief
After revising prior proposals and collaborating with Southwark Council, we present a new design brief outlining our project’s team selection criteria and initial design principles, which will evolve with ongoing Council and community feedback.
